The problem: campaigns and stock do not move together
A typical growing label manages product details in one place, customer messages in another and campaign plans in a shared sheet. Promotions can continue after a popular size runs out, while a suitable alternative stays unnoticed. Teams spend time answering the same sizing, fabric and delivery questions but have little time to improve the information customers see before asking.
Repeat purchasing is equally fragmented. Someone who bought a workwear staple receives the same message as someone who only enquired about occasion wear. When every customer gets the same promotion, useful relationships become a sequence of discounts. Growth work should improve relevance and purchase confidence, not simply increase the number of messages sent.
